We have the required notary tools, including proper stamps, embossing seals, seal impression inkers, notarial certificates, and record-keeping journals. The fax machine, email, and overnight delivery allow us to operate swiftly and effectively.
We ensure to perform all required notarial acts with precision and skills, carefully following the Notary Laws of New York. As members of the prestigious National Notary Association, our conduct is guided by the Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility. Our New York notary commission card, tax identification number, and Notary Errors and Omissions Insurance policy number are provided upon request.
Our travel fees depend on the location, travel time, number of documents to be notarized, and the length of time it takes to complete the notary signing assignment.
All appointment cancellation notices must reach us 24 hours before the appointment time to enable us to schedule another appointment for that time. If a cancellation notice does not reach us and a notary arrives at your location as scheduled, a $50 charge will apply.
Please note that if the notary has to wait more than 5 minutes to get started, a waiting fee will be charged. It is charged in a time increment of 10 minutes. It may not be possible for a notary to wait too long if he has an appointment scheduled right behind yours.
Payments can be made either with cash, personal check, money order, or business checks payable to us. It must be made before or at the time of service.
